Only Tripoli's was on Monday as Laurindo Pinheiro had a small generator for his cash register and radio. The ovens are, of course, gas-powered but he was only to sell pizza until 2:30 when he ran out of dough he made yesterday. The generator isn't strong enough to power the huge mixer.
