BRYAN EATON/Staff photo. Students Gale Regis' science class held their "Great Shake" on Thursday testing out the seismographs that they designed and built. Caleb Scotch, 12, pictured, and his teammates, Eli Blouin, Matthew Legault and Tyler Wilson, all 12, shake their Hydro Scope using a gallon water jug with holes above each cup. The water is filled just below the holes, and when they roll their seismograph, water spills in certain cups where they can ascertain which direction the shock waves would come from.
