BRYAN EATON/Staff photo. William Quill lives in the Dexter House, which was famously built by one of Newburyport's most eccentric characters "Lord" Timothy Dexter. Quill revived the house in the 80's before it burned down, and his son recently shot a really great video on him inside the house.
