BRYAN EATON/Staff photo. Workers had nice weather Monday working on top of St. Pauls Church in Newburyport in a view over the water fountain in the Frog Pond at the Bartlet Mall. They have been doing needed repairs on the bell tower over the past couple months on the structure which was built in 1922 of Rockport Granite to replace a wooden structure that was constructed in 1800 and burned in 1920.
