Newburyport: A school bus rides on the curbing of the new rotary on Merrimac Street in Newburyport, though he may have had to use extra caution to pass a concrete truck pouring the sidewalk on Wednesday. Other longer vehicles have had to use caution and it was reported that a truck towing a boat on a trailer had to back up as it couldn't make the turn.
