Newburyport:
Former Newburyport Mayor George Lawler stands in the driveway of the late Dr. Robert Wilkins where he waited for him to get home from work on day in the mid-60's. Lawler was hoping to convice Wilkins to serve on the Newburyport Redevelopment Authority which he did.
