Kathleen O'Connor Ives is filing a bill to tow cars left too long at the Storey Avenue Park & Ride, saying many of her constituents use the Park & Ride for their daily commutes into Boston or to the airport and it's often filled to capacity, despite recent expansion. Some drivers take advantage of the free parking and leave their vehicles onsite for extended periods—some even leave their cars there for a month or two while they are away for the winter.
