BRYAN EATON/Staff Photo. Mike Madden who acquired floorboards from a salvaged home in Amesbury that had burned has been used to lay in his Merrimac home. On the back of one of the boards was penciled the date April 24, 1916 apparently when the original floor was laid maybe by W.A. Wilson.
