Newburyport: Simon, who belongs to Elisa Sousa of Haverhill, dressed as a bee for the Gracie’s Mission Inc. Animal Rescue Festival at Cashman Park Sunday morning. The free event will feature goodie bags, animal massages, makeovers and Reiki treatments. Pets looking for loving homes will also be on hand.
