Newburyport: Jackson, who belongs to Kim Emmons of Newburyport, gets a massage at Mary Carrillo of Good Dog Aquatic Fitness of North Andover at the Gracie’s Mission Inc. Animal Rescue Festival at Cashman Park Sunday morning. The free event will feature goodie bags, animal massages, makeovers and Reiki treatments. Pets looking for loving homes will also be on hand.
