Newburyport: The largest appearing full moon in more than 18 years, the so-called "supermoon" rises behind the Unitarian Church on Pleasent Street in Newburyport Saturday night. The moon orbit's in an ellipse, when it passes closes to the earth at the full moon it appears larger. There is no scientific evidence that the moon's phases effects human behavior.
