Newburyport Mayor John Moak, left, and Kevin Hunt, Veterans Services Officer unveil a plaque of all active military persons living in Newburyport. As Hunt read names of the soldiers, the mayor handed out Blue Star banners to family members who attended that had a family member in the service.
