Newburyport:
Nearly 30 people braved the rain yesterday at Cashman Park to dedicate a flagpole that was donated to the City by Newburyport residents Emmett Horgan and his family. It was being dedicated in honor of Wally Lyzinski, who was in attendance, and has been a driving force in restoring the waterfront and in creating the local Coast Guard Auxiliary. A plaque is now in place at the flapole noting WallyÕs efforts and the generosity of the Horgan family
