Amesbury:
A loud bang was heard after this barge, carrying an electrical transformer, hit part of the Hines Bridge, moved back a couple feet, then continued on up the Merrimack River. The transformer was removed at the Amesbury town ramp near Larry's Marina for transportation to its final destination.
